Country Road Estates was incorporated in 1988 and consists of 128 lots. The Association sits between the city limits of Temecula and Temecula’s wine country. It is a private community of custom homes situated on 5 acre parcels. Citrus groves, vineyards, horses and natural, rustic beauty make up the scenery. The private roads are maintained by the Association under the direction of the Board of Directors. Most roads are owned and maintained by the Association through annual assessments collected from the membership.
